Alumni and Community

Many from our local community and our alumni generously contribute their time, expertise, and resources to support current students, teachers, and staff.

They serve as mentors, guest speakers, and volunteers, providing invaluable guidance and real-world insights. This extended network fosters mentorship, career exploration, and ongoing support, ensuring our students are well-prepared for future endeavors.

We’re grateful for the support and dedication of our alumni and community supporters, who continue to uplift and empower the next generation.

Getting Involved

WUHS Alumni Association
WUHS Alumni Association is a non-profit organization with the primary purpose of supporting and enhancing the lives of present and future alumni of Woodstock High School and Woodstock Union High School. They seek to achieve this goal through financial means, coordinating and sponsoring Alumni events, facilitating Alumni and future Alumni needs, facilitating communication between alumni, and supporting the area school system. Want to check in on what’s happening? They have an active Facebook group.

Mountain Views Mentoring Program (Empower Up)
Since 1999, Empower Up has been matching mentors with district students. It strives to build positive intergenerational relationships between adult role models and students. The Community Liaison/Program Coordinator coordinates and supports all mentoring matches to achieve WCSU's goal of helping young people become successful, healthy, and thriving adults and build meaningful relationships with local communities.

Please contact Annie Luke in the Counseling Office at 802.457.1317 or mentoring@mtnviews.org.org if you are interested in becoming a mentor, receiving mentorship, or simply want to find out more information!
